Banking customers across the country can’t access their accounts after a problem with TSB’s mobile and online banking services.
According to Downdetector, the service is down in all parts of the UK, from southern regions, including Plymouth, to northern Scottish towns, including Aberdeen.
In a statement from the bank, a spokesperson said: “We are aware that some customers may experience problems accessing our internet banking services.
“We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible and apologize for the inconvenience caused.”

Downdetector says problems began to arise just before 7am this morning on the last working day of the month – a popular day for payments in and out of accounts, including salaries.
TSB customers have taken to social media to complain, with one user writing: “is there an ETA? I have invoices and standing orders and need to transfer money between tsb accounts. »
Adding: ‘I will join any class action to hold tsb liable for late payment charges.’
is there an arrival time? I have invoices and standing orders and need to transfer money between tsb accounts. I will join any class action to hold tsb liable for late payment charges.
