TSB customers reported being unable to log into their online banking and mobile app this morning.
Hundreds of error reports had been logged on online outage tracker Down Detector as of 10 a.m. Friday morning.
The problems seem to have started around 6 p.m. Thursday evening, but the reports increased significantly from about 7 a.m.
What is TSB banking?
The TSB said the issues were occurring on both online banking and mobile banking, and apologized to customers, adding that they were working hard to resolve the issue.
Many TSB customers have posted on Twitter to claim that their cards are not working, but this has not been confirmed by the bank.
The cause of the issue is currently unclear, but the issue is proving frustrating for many users, as the last Friday of the month is payday for many.

When will online banking return?
The bank did not state a time frame for the return of services, only that it hopes to provide a fix “soon”.
The TSB released a statement via Twitter, saying, “We’re sorry if you’re having trouble accessing our mobile app or internet banking this morning. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. »
