Rajasthan Royals and INSEAD launch joint online leadership training program – News

Rajasthan Royals announced a collaboration with the INSEAD Business School, which will see the two organizations launch a joint online program on “Leadership and Performance”.

With this collaboration, Rajasthan Royals will take another major step forward in the field of education and learning, using sport as a vehicle. The collaboration will strengthen Rajasthan Royals’ goal of providing a world-class educational platform for comprehensive development through cricket.

As part of the partnership, the carefully curated program will be led by faculty from INSEAD who will impart knowledge and share experiences to help executives adapt to the challenges faced in the rapidly evolving digital age.

Additionally, INSEAD coaches will provide one-on-one guidance to help emerging leaders write a personalized leadership action plan.

The course will also see Rajasthan Royals skipper Sanju Samson and cricket director Kumar Sangakkara give masterclasses on leadership through reflections on their experience at the highest level of competitive sport.

As places are limited, course registrations will close on November 10, 2021.

The partnership with Rajasthan Royals will help INSEAD connect with millions of Royals fans and expand their reach in business education and research in India, having already established themselves in several locations around the world, with permanent campuses in Europe (France), Asia (Singapore), the Middle East (Abu Dhabi) and North America (San Francisco).
