UK agency Keller Williams has launched an online learning platform for agents called KW University.
A company statement says the platform “uses gamification and community engagement as well as feedback and commentary tools to share best practices,” along with learning modules covering agency basics. , business development, sales skills and compliance, as well as “how to” guides for KW Associates.
The university platform complements Keller Williams’ existing classroom training with on-demand videos and online training.

Trade press reports suggest the agency has been through a tough time in recent months, parting ways with high-profile Russell Quirk, who, as well as being a partner in a local KW franchise, also handled publicity for agency in that country.
In late August, it was announced that the KW Warwick franchise was closing, while in the spring KW Optimum – the Bristol-based franchise – went into liquidation.
