i.) TRIFED will recruit supplier PurtyAgrotechas from TRIBES INDIA and purchase pearls which will be sold through the network of 141 Tribes India outlets and various e-commerce platforms.

ii.) Under Technology for Tribal Initiatives, ShriBuddhan Singh Purty will be developed as a master trainer and transfer technology and techniques in the form of knowledge sharing with more tribal self-help groups to promote the aquaculture among self-sustaining tribal entrepreneurs.

iii.) PurtyAgrotech can be further developed to become the Van Dhan Vikas Kendra cluster and continue to add value and processing by leveraging the MSME SFURTI program.

iv.) VDVK Clusters engaged in fish farming where the pond is available can be used for oyster farming which can be taken up simultaneously as an additional commercial activity.

v.) In addition, it is planned to develop 25 VDVKC in Jharkhand where such aquaculture activities for pearl culture activities can be carried out.

Oyster farming and pearl development is a sustainable activity and can easily be emulated by tribal gatherers who have access to nearby water bodies. breeding in it.
