JACKSONVILLE, Florida. – VyStar didn’t have a good Friday. The credit union was experiencing unexpected banking problems.
VyStar’s online banking website and mobile app went down on Friday. Customers were unable to log in to either account.

VyStar sent this statement to News4JAX:
VyStar Credit Union’s online and mobile banking services experienced brief outages on Friday, August 12. During these times, all member information remains secure. In addition to online and mobile banking, members can access their accounts by visiting an ATM or VyStar branch, or by calling Magic*Touch at 904-777-6000 or 800-445-6289, option 0.
